Returns Process

Initiate

Contact our team within 14 days of delivery at returns@montclair.co with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours.

Prepare

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

Ship

Our team will provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns within Colombia. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

04

Receive

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Original payment method will be credited.
